The purpose of the services catalogue is to clarify the policies and procedures to be followed to carry out the required service tasks easily and smoothly. In its third version, the catalogue provides a clear and complete reference with first-hand information on the mechanisms and procedures for the provision of service in the Ministry presenting all stages of service delivery. With the new version of the catalogue, the Ministry hopes to enhance the user experience and the service delivery, which the Ministry is actively seeking to achieve.
