The authority to access the Ministry's website to submit the annual declaration shall be for the authorized and authorized to sign in the Commercial Register with the ID number.

Submit the annual declaration within two months from the beginning of the following fiscal year by filling out the form on the ministry’s website. In the event of non-application, the necessary measures shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of Article (122) of the Executive Regulations of the Tourism Law No. 39/2016, and a financial obligation shall be registered on the company in connection with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion.

Annual declaration is reviewed and approved by external audit offices and the approved financial statements are attached.

The establishment shall adopt circulars and publications issued by the Ministry in various social media.

Commitment to the mechanism of distributing service fees 8% in accordance with the regulations and rules set by the Ministry and attaching evidence of the distribution of those fees during the year.
