The service is provided to those wishing to establish a hotel facility, as it is important for the investor to obtain initial approval from the Ministry for the hotel’s architecture and design, before applying for a license.

The process specifies the activities required to apply for initial approval for all hotel categories. The service specifies the activities involved in reviewing and approving architectural maps for hotel facilities; and consequently, obtaining initial approval from the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism to apply for a building permit.

    a) ID card b) Land ownership and surveying c) Lease contract for leased land d) Digital copy of the project's architectural plans in PDF format and one merged file e) Detailed pictures of the location of the Earth and its surroundings from the four directions airdrop f) Approval of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources (for green lodges) g) Consultant's certificate on the suitability of the building (for heritage hotels) h) Ownership and surveying of the integrated tourist complex (guest houses for tourist complexes) i) Guest house units data disclosure (guest houses for tourist complexes).
