Service Details

The Ministry grants permits to 5- or 4-star hotels, hotels managed by international companies, or classified restaurants, in order to present performances by fine arts groups (musical bands).

Time Taken - 5 working days

Required Documents

  • Personal photos of each band member.

  • Biography of each band member.

  • A copy of the passport of each band member.

  • Certificates proving the specialization of each member accredited by the competent authorities.

  • Deposit the bank guarantee amount of 1,000 Omani riyals into the Ministry's account.

  • Employment plan form

Terms & Conditions

  • Taking into account the requirements for classification according to the specified categories

  • The employment plan form must be attached after filling it out. The form can be downloaded from the documents section.

Fees Information

  • Classified restaurants - 400 Omani riyals

  • International hotels managed by international companies - 400 Omani riyals

  • 5 and 4 star hotels - 500 Omani riyals

  • Bank guarantee – 1000 Omani riyals

Validity Information

  • Validity period of three months, and can be renewed
