  • Classification certificate

  • Ownership or lease contract

  • Intellectual property of the trademark

  • Employment plan form

Terms & Conditions

  • Compliance with the requirements of the hotel classification system, terms and conditions

  • Complete initial approval and classification request

  • The employment plan form must be attached after filling it out. The form can be downloaded from the documents section

Fees Information

  • 5-4 star hotel and luxury hotel apartments 3200 Omani riyals

  • 3-star hotel and premium apartments 2400 Omani riyals

  • Two-star and one-star hotels and regular hotel apartments 800 Omani riyals

  • Regular and luxury camps 1000 Omani riyals

  • Rest houses and hostels 250 Omani riyals

Validity Information

  • Validity period of 5 years, renewable
