A service provided to beneficiaries wishing to amend the license of hotel establishments when there is a complete change in ownership of the hotel establishment.

Process Steps

The beneficiary visits the Ministry and submits the waiver request manually

The employee reviews and approves the application

  • Commercial Register

  • Civil ID

  • Employment plan form

  • No licensing obligations

  • The employment plan form must be attached after filling it out. The form can be downloaded from the documents section

  • The beneficiary visits the Ministry and receives the approval letter manually
