Service Details


A service that enables the beneficiary to obtain a classification certificate for a tourist facility, as the classification certificate is the basis upon which it is relied upon to determine the quality standards for tourist facilities. The Ministry provides details related to the standard operating procedures for classifying tourist facilities.

Process Steps

The beneficiary submits the application through the Ministry's website

The employee reviews the application and visits the website if necessary according to the type of application

The employee approves the request

The beneficiary pays the fees and prints the classification certificate electronically
