A service provided to those interested in modifying the license of hotel establishments, in the event of a change in the commercial register of the hotel establishment.

Process Steps

  • The beneficiary visits the Ministry and submits a request for a waiver of the commercial register

  • The employee reviews and approves the application

  • The benefit shall visit the Ministry and receive the letter of approval manually

  • Lack of obligations on the license
