Tourist Guide Licensing Services

The Ministry provides licenses for tour guides to operate in the Sultanate. This license is required to operate as a tour guide in Oman. The service is provided for those wishing to obtain a card to practice the profession of tourist guidance according to categories: General, Specialist & Regional.

The service defines the activities required to renew the tour guide licenses and the platforms / tools used by the Ministry to efficiently carry out this process.

The service outlines the activities involved in the cancellation of the Tour guide licenses initiated by the Tour Guide/Company or cancelled by the Ministry due to complaints received.

This service is only for Company Users which provides Transfer facility for Tourist guides from current company to another company
