A service that enables the beneficiary to obtain the classification certificate for the hotel establishment, as the classification certificate is the basis that is relied upon in determining the quality standards of the establishments Hotel. The Ministry provides details on the standard operating procedures for the classification of hotel facilities.

Process Steps

  • The beneficiary submits the application through the website

  • The employee reviews the application and the visit to the new hotel establishments

  • The employee approves the request

  • The beneficiary prints the certificate of classification electronically

Terms & Conditions

  • Completion of construction and project readiness

  • Electronic linkage with visitor system

  • The employment plan form must be attached after filling out. The form can be downloaded from the documents section.

  • The criteria and requirements for the classification of the establishment according to the type of establishment must be taken into account as follows:
