Service Details


A service that enables interested beneficiaries to raise the level / degree of classification of hotel establishments, where the Ministry inspects the classifications of the level in hotel establishments, and updates them according to standards Classification Approved

Process Steps


  • The beneficiary submits the application through the website and pays the fees in advance

  • The employee will review the application and visit the site if necessary

  • The employee should approve the request

  • The beneficiary prints the new classification certificate electronically

  • The employment plan form must be attached after filling out. The form can be downloaded from the Documents section

  • The criteria and requirements for the classification of the establishment according to the type of establishment must be taken into account as follows:

  • ✔ Hotel Classification Standards

  • ✔ Standards and requirements of guest houses

  • ✔ Standards of classification of hotel apartments

  • ✔ Heritage inn standards and requirements

  • ✔ Green inn standards and requirements
