Required Documents

  • Civil ID Card

  • Land ownership and surveying

  • Rental Contract Rented Land

  • A digital copy of the architectural maps of the project in PDF and one built-in file format

  • Detailed pictures of the location of the earth and its surroundings from the four sides

  • Airdrop

  • Approval of the Ministry of Agricultural Wealth, Fisheries and Water Resources (for green inns)

  • Consultant's certificate on the validity of the building (for heritage inns)

  • Property and Surveying of the Integrated Tourist Complex (Houses for Tourist Complexes)

  • Disclosure of the data of the units of guest houses (guest houses for tourist complexes).

  • Standards and requirements of tourist camps

  • Standards and requirements of guest houses

  • Standards of classification of hotel apartments

  • Heritage inn standards and requirements

  • Green inn standards and requirements
